How It Works:

• Eligibility
  Current Ecom Solutions, employees can refer qualified candidates for open positions.

• Referral Process
  Submit the candidate’s name, resume, and role preference to HR via email or an internal referral portal.

• Incentives
  If your referral is hired and remains with Ecom Solutions, after a specified period (e.g., 90 days), you’ll receive a referral bonus as a token of our appreciation.

• Rules & Conditions
  The referred person must not already be in our applicant database. If multiple employees refer the same candidate, the first referral submitted will be recognized.
